World Subsea partnered with Norway based company-Blueye to use their ROV for underwater inspections in Sri Lanka. The ROV will be used to inspect the Hull condition of vessels, work and service boats, anodes, and propellers regularly. This will help optimize biofouling removal, uncover hull damages or objects stuck in the propeller. With the ROV, WOSS will be able to capture photos and video and stream live video to relevant stakeholders and also reduce the HSE risk to divers. Small in stature but nimble and highly versatile underwater, our new Underwater Drone, Blueye Pro has received Sri Lanka Navy approvals to proceed in Colombo in order to engage in Underwater inspections of vessels.
